I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice, backed by more than a decade of hands-on experience in both clinical and mental health settings. My approach is rooted in a deep commitment to client care, personal growth, and emotional well-being. As a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), I use evidence-based frameworks while embracing a holistic, person-centred philosophy that values your individual journey.

I am also a proud licensed member of:
National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) – Accredited Registrant Member

My career includes 10+ years working within the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), where I supported individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. In the last 7 years, I have expanded into private practice as a Mental Health and Well-being Coach, helping people unlock emotional resilience, overcome inner blocks, and initiate meaningful change. I specialize in therapy for personal growth, emotional regulation, and transformation therapy programs that guide clients toward long-term healing and empowerment.

Integrative & Holistic Approach to Therapy

I provide a uniquely integrative model that combines the strengths of traditional psychotherapy with modern coaching and hypnotherapy techniques. I offer:

  • Humanistic Therapy – fostering self-awareness, acceptance, and personal meaning
  • This approach places the person at the centre of the work, emphasising empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. It supports clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, developing self-acceptance, and finding personal meaning in their experiences rather than pathologising their difficulties.
  • Existential Therapy – exploring purpose, choice, and responsibility
  • This dimension of your work helps clients reflect on life’s deeper questions: meaning, freedom, responsibility, mortality, and personal values. It is particularly powerful in transitions, grief, identity shifts, and moments of crisis, supporting clients to move from avoidance to conscious, values-aligned living.
  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) – cultivating emotional safety and self-kindness
  • Here the emphasis is on regulating the threat system, soothing shame, and developing a compassionate inner voice. This is especially effective for clients with high self-criticism, perfectionism, trauma history, or emotional overwhelm, helping them feel safe in their body and with their emotions.
  • Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) – building on strengths and preferred futures
  • Rather than dwelling on problems, this approach focuses on clients’ resources, successes, and desired outcomes. It helps clients identify what is already working, clarify goals, and take small, realistic steps toward meaningful change.
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – challenging unhelpful thinking patterns and managing anxiety
  • CBT supports clients in identifying and restructuring distorted thoughts, understanding behavioural cycles, and developing practical coping strategies for anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy – exploring past experiences that influence current behaviour
  • This approach recognises that early attachment patterns, unresolved conflicts, and unconscious processes shape present relationships and emotional responses. It deepens insight and supports lasting emotional integration.
  • Hypnosis Coaching – for deep transformation, emotional healing, and habit change
  • Through guided trance states, imagery, and subconscious reprogramming, this modality helps clients access deeper emotional layers, release old patterns, and install empowering beliefs and behaviours.
  • Online Couples Therapy – supporting communication, trust rebuilding, and emotional intimacy
  • Your couples work integrates structured approaches to improve dialogue, repair ruptures (such as betrayal), rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection through attunement, accountability, and shared meaning.

This blended approach allows me to tailor every session to your unique needs. Whether you’re looking for stress relief therapy, support with low self-esteem, or trauma recovery therapy, I will meet you exactly where you are with warmth, compassion, and expertise.

In addition to online courses, I participate in global events, including Suicide Summits and specialized mental health forums. These events allow me to engage with thought leaders, share best practices, and learn from therapists and experts worldwide. This helps ensure that I am always at the forefront of new therapeutic innovations, ensuring that you receive the best possible care.

As part of my ongoing training, I also dedicate time each year to explore specialized areas of therapy that are essential for my clients’ well-being. In today’s competitive landscape, possessing relevant qualifications is essential for success. Qualifications not only enhance skills but also boost confidence in professional settings.
