I offer online therapy privately through my practice via zoom and via trusted digital platforms, including BetterHelp and MantraCare, so you can choose the booking option that best suits you.

A note on my focus

While I am trained in trauma-informed practice, my work on certain online platforms is primarily present-focused and skills-based, supporting clients with practical tools, emotional regulation, and relational clarity.

For more intensive trauma processing or longer-term psychodynamic work — particularly with couples — I may recommend working together directly, as this level of depth and continuity of care is often better supported outside of platform-based therapy.
